By the FEI level dressage sire Pointmaker, "PF" was a premium foal during his inspection. PF is very athletic, sound, and has very nice movement including a ground covering trot and flying lead changes. He seems to really enjoy jumping and handles the fences with ease and confidence. This horse is level-headed like a warmblood with the sensitivity of the thoroughbred. He is very easy to deal with on the ground, does all the show-horse tricks (clips, bathes, trailers, etc.) and loves being spoiled. PF is schooling the equivalent of 3rd level dressage which makes him a very nice ride while getting around a jump course. He is not a great candidate for a dressage career as he likes to stick his tongue out of him mouth at random. Luckily, he is very bold over fences. He has been shown in 3'3" and 3'6" jumpers, and has been schooled in cross-country as well. PF has lots of experience going places and therefore is very easy going in new situations including busy show grounds and trails. His temperament is generally very mild. However, if he has not been worked regularly, sometimes he will buck when asked to canter. Therefore, his price has been reduced to $7,500 as I am particularly interested in finding a good match for him with someone that will be able to handle his quirks and enjoy what a cool horse this is.
